If you are looking to return or exchange your order we're here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

RETURNS

The customer has 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was purchased.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, with all  original packaging tags/labels attached and must include the original receipt.

REFUNDS

After receiving a return  and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return . Please allow 7 days from the receipt of the item to process the return/exchange. If the returned item is approved, we will initiate a refund to the customer's original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on original receipt. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by the customer.

The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipping. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
